Location. location, location! The hotel is in an affluent part of Istanbul, surrounded by high-rise apartment blocks, Starbucks, Carrefour, loads of cafes, restaurants, the largest mall in Isantbul, Sevahir, and so much more. We used to walk around the neighbourhood every morning, we loved it! The Metro station of Sisli is just a 2 mins walk away which made travelling around Istanbul so much easier. We had a nice view of the Bosphorous from our room on the upper floors along with a very large and comfy bed. The hotel itself has a cafe and restaurant, and we had dinner there once, which we really liked.

The hotel is very clean and well serviced. The staff are amazing and they look after all your needs. A special thanks to Gülizar from the room service as she was really helpful and serviced our room to the fullest. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the lobby is big with nice couches. The plus is that you will find a cat at the hotel waiting for you in the lobby (seriously), it gave a very positive touch. Will visit again for sure.

From the moment I arrived on October 20th, I was impressed by the hotel's dedication to customer satisfaction, starting with a complimentary room upgrade. The gym, equipped with modern facilities, catered perfectly to my fitness needs. The staff at the reception deserves a special mention for their unwavering willingness to assist and ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They were always available to help with any requests, making my experience feel personalized and cared for. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience each morning, offering a wide variety of foods that changed daily. The quality of service matched the excellence of the food, adding to the overall pleasant start to my days. Cleanliness across the hotel was maintained to a high standard, contributing significantly to a comfortable and hygienic environment. The spa facilities were a highlight, providing a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The sauna, steam room, and Turkish Hamam, coupled with the relaxing area by the indoor pool, were exceptional. The location of The Cartoon Hotel is another plus. Situated in a prime area, it is conveniently close to a shopping mall where I could find everything I needed. Additionally, its proximity to the Sisli metro station, just a 2-minute walk away, made exploring Istanbul incredibly easy. Due to work circumstances, I extended my stay to three weeks, and I can confidently say that I enjoyed every single day.
